1. Orders & Payments

We accept:

·       UPI, cards, wallets, net banking

·       Cash on Delivery (₹50 COD fee applies)

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk-abusive. Orders may be cancelled only before packing.

2.  Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Courier delays, weather, customs, or strikes are outside our control. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are their responsibility. We may change courier partners anytime.

3.  Product Information

Color, liquid shade, and packaging may vary slightly.

4. Fragrance Disclaimer

Perfumes may cause allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivity. You are advised to:

6. Chargebacks & Abuse

False disputes, chargeback fraud, or dishonest claims will result in:

·       Account termination

·       Permanent blacklisting

·       Legal action

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law.

All disputes fall under Mumbai / Thane courts.
