Returns & Exchanges

Perfumes are personal, hygienic, and tamper-sensitive products. Therefore, our return policy is strict and fair.

 

1. What Can Be Returned

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

       The bottle is broken, leaking, or physically damaged on arrival

       A wrong product was delivered.
  No other reasons qualify.

 

2.  What Is NOT Returnable

We do not accept returns if:

       The bottle has been opened, used, or sprayed

       The seal is broken

       The fragrance is disliked

       The product was ordered by mistake

       The bottle shows signs of tampering

Perfumes once opened cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

  3. Return Method

Approved returns may be:

  Replaced

 Refunded

 Converted into store credit (at our discretion). 

 Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

 Shipping charges are refundable only in case of genuine damage or wrong delivery.

 

 

4. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These are non-refundable.

5.  Fraud Prevention

XCENTIA reserves the right to:

Refuse returns that appear abusive or fraudulent

Block customers who misuse the return system
